Diva Services Ltd make great efforts to make sure that the images and information published on our website is factually correct, but do not accept any liability should that information be relied upon.
Prompt Service
We aim to provide a fast and efficient service that will include a visit to your property within 7 days should this be necessary. We will call you at our earliest opportunity to let you know when this will be.
No liability will be accepted by Diva Services Ltd. In relation to loss of earnings should your appointment need to be arranged.
Free Quotation
We will provide a free quotation in relation to the provision of new CCTV and Alarm installations over the telephone.
Where a more bespoke system is required, we will arrange for an engineer to visit to carry out a survey and provide a quotation.
Once an order is placed we will take a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total sale price. The balance will become payable once installation is complete.
Goods & Services
Where stated, the Company is Diva Services Ltd or its associated companies. The Customer shall mean any person, company or organisation that places an order with the Company for goods and / or services.
All goods and services provided by the Company are subject to the terms and conditions listed here and will form the basis of the contract between the Company and the Customer.
By booking an appointment with Diva Services Ltd or its associated companies which results in a visit by one of our engineers, you agree to pay the full price quoted to you by our call handlers at the time of the booking.
Once the installation is complete, we reserve the right to remove any goods or services if full payment is not made. Legal action may also commence.
The Customer grants the Company full access to the property at any time should the need arise to remove goods and services due to non payment.
The Company will carry out a standard installation at your property of one of our CCTV packages. This will include the positioning of cameras at a maximum height of 5 metres, all necessary wiring back to an agreed point and the initial set up of the Network Video Recorder.
We will where applicable, set up the App on a mobile device to facilitate remote viewing.
Should extra installation charges be required these will be discussed and agreed prior to installation.
We will provide an estimated time for your visit or installation although this cannot be guaranteed. The Company cannot be held responsible for any loss or inconvenience due to cancellation or postponement of the appointment.
Diva Services shall retain title to all goods until paid for in full. We reserve the right to remove any goods where payment has not been made in accordance with our terms.
By confirmation of an order by email you agree to pay in full the agreed price once the installation is complete.
By signing the quotation, you agree to all aspects of the advice provided by the engineer in relation to the suitability, location, installation and price and also to the Company terms and conditions. Furthermore you agree to pay in full the agreed price once the installation is complete.
The Company reserves the right to decline any work for any reason
Fault Diagnosis
We will provide diagnostic services which will include a full fault finding analysis of your current system followed by a free quotation and explanation of the work required to rectify the problem. In the first instance this will be carried out remotely via the internet. If the problem cannot be rectified remotely, a mutually convenient appointment will be made for an engineer to visit you. Any diagnostic and service charges are exclusive of VAT and any parts used.

Guarantees
The Company will provide a guarantee for the following against faulty manufacture and workmanship:
All equipment which was supplied by the Company will be guaranteed by the manufacturer for twelve months from the invoice date unless stated otherwise.
The installation will be guaranteed by the Company for twelve months from the invoice date.
Any equipment repaired or replaced under the terms of the guarantee will be covered for the remaining duration of the original warranty only, that being 12 months from the original invoice date.
The Company cannot guarantee any equipment supplied by the Customer and installed by the Company. Any further visits required in relation to this equipment will be subject to a service charge. This will be discussed prior to our visit.
The Company can provide at extra cost an extended guarantee for an additional 12, 24, or 36 months. This guarantee covers the installation carried out and includes for all parts and labour. This guarantee does not cover equipment outside of its Manufacturer warranty period.
Guarantee Exclusions
Any alteration made to the internal software settings by anyone not instructed by the Company which leads to any system failure.
Interference from amateur radio enthusiasts, electrical appliances or any other transmitting devices.
Any issues once an attempt to rectify a problem has been made by anyone other than those instructed by the Company. Such action will render your guarantee null and void.
Damage to or movement of the cameras caused as a result of falling debris as caused by high winds Any works carried out for the Customer against the recommendations of the Company for example the fitting of a camera in an unsuitable position.
The Company will not be held responsible for any loss or damage caused by fire, theft, flood, riot, explosions, aircraft or items dropped there from, circumstances deemed as acts of God, lightning or damage beyond the suppliers reasonable control or acts from third parties, criminal or not.
You must keep your invoice and present this to our engineer in the event of any claim.
Damage to Property
The Customer is responsible to obtain the necessary permissions from whosoever has ultimate control over the property.
The Company shall assume such permissions have been granted prior to our visit.
The Company will not be held responsible for any damage to the property (such as fixings, holes etc.) if this permission has not been sought. Additional charges will be made should any of the supplied equipment need to be removed or re-sited.
The Company will endeavour to minimise damage to property when installing equipment with considered use of holes and fixing types. In the unlikely event of damage potentially caused by us, the Customer must in the first instance contact us in writing to our head office at Diva Services Ltd. The Customer agrees to allow the Company whatever access is required to inspect any alleged damage to property before any repairs are carried out.
The Company will not be held liable for any damage should such access not be granted.
Complaints
In the unlikely event of a complaint the Customer must in the first instance contact us in writing to our head office at Diva Services Ltd. Unit 18, Oak Tree Business Park, Oakwood Road, Mansfield, Notts. NG18 3HQ or by email to [email protected]. In any event this contact must be made within seven days of the invoice date. In turn the Company will aim to resolve the matter within seven days.
Cancellation
You have the right to cancel this contract if you wish within seven days of the invoice date. The cancellation must be sent in writing or by email to [email protected]
Notice of cancellation is served from the date it was posted or received by email.
Any removal of equipment may be subject to a de-installation fee plus the cost of the equipment and any parts used as these cannot be re-sold.
Intellectual property rights
All content of this website including graphics, logos and copy remain the property of Diva Services Ltd and are not to be copied, reproduced or distributed in whole or in part without our prior written permission.
System Access
The Customer grants the Company full remote access to the CCTV system at any time for such reason as fault diagnosis, firmware updates, system servicing and demonstration.
